The mother of Santiago, the infant born extremely premature in Paris, who was kidnapped on Monday October 21, 2024 and found four days later appeared before the Dutch judge at 11:15 a.m. this Friday November 1, according to information from BFM.

She accepted the accelerated procedure. It was to be handed over to the French authorities by “next weekend”according to the Amsterdam court. The parents were found in the Netherlands on Friday October 25 with the infant. Three other adults and two children were discovered in the same hotel room. They were kept in pre-trial detention in Amsterdam, with a view to being handed over.
They were seen on October 28 by the prosecutor who notified them of their arrest order and asked their opinion on their surrender to France, accepted by both. The Netherlands then had ten days to hand over the couple to the French authorities.
