A four-day week for employees working in construction. This is the objective of the general director of Phida, Bastien Sauve, 35, who has already started the process.

There is no doubt that this Frenchman, an engineering graduate from EPFL, has a clear vision for the company he has led since 2020. Phida, a service company whose 80% of turnover comes from construction, has a long history: the Group’s first company, specializing in bituminous waterproofing, was founded in 1931 in the canton of Vaud by Georges Dentan, whose name it bears. It was acquired forty years later by Philippe Joseph.
