Guest of Faram Facce, on Tfm, the mayor of Diarrère (Fatick) criticized the former Prime Minister and unsuccessful candidate for the 2024 Presidential election for having broken his word, when he had given his agreement for an inter -coalition with Macky Sall. “What happened in Dakar between Amadou Ba and Khalifa Sall explains one thing: when officials agree on one thing and you make a change of heart at the last minute, it confirms what people feared about Amadou, that “he has difficulty keeping his word,” said Thérèse Faye Diouf.
According to one of the founders of the Apr, Amadou Ba had agreed to an inter-coalition with Macky Sall for the city of Dakar and had even given a list. But at the last minute, the former PM introduced, alone, another list for the city of Dakar. Still according to Thérèse Faye, some, in this last list of Amadou Ba, did not even know that he wanted to go it alone without the coalition led by Macky Sall.
