The 27-year-old Geneva midfielder injured the hamstring of his right thigh in training this Thursday “after slipping and doing a split on the pitch”, revealed his coach Adi Hütter at a press conference . “His season with Monaco is over,” added the Austrian technician.
This bad news primarily impacts the Principality club, currently 2nd in Ligue 1 with three days remaining and in the race for qualification in the Champions League.
