The audit firm Deloitte Luxembourg has appointed ten partners and a managing director. These appointments will take effect on 1er June 2024 and take place within the Audit & Assurance (A&A), Advisory & Consulting Group (ACG) and Tax departments.

Four partner appointments for the ACG department

joined Deloitte in 2011 and brings 13 years of experience in Belgium and Luxembourg. With diverse expertise, she advises clients on digital transformation across various sectors, including public sector, utilities and transportation.

Christophe Felice has more than 12 years of experience in the insurance sector, which he has enriched since joining Deloitte in 2011. A specialist in scalable operating models, his expertise covers digital transformation, process optimization and the creation of strategic partnerships.

Elena Petrova joined Deloitte in 2014 and initially specialized in risk advisory, before moving to financial advisory in 2016. Currently leading debt advisory services, she has extensive experience in credit risk management , resolution of non-performing loans, loan appraisal and raising of debt financing.

brings extensive experience in cybersecurity since joining Deloitte in 2012. He advises international organizations on improving their cybersecurity posture and currently leads the delivery of cybersecurity strategy and transformation services. He holds numerous certifications in his field, including CISSP, GSTRT and GCCC.

Two new partners in the A&A department

Jaime Millan has over 13 years of auditing experience in the real estate, funds and manufacturing sectors in Luxembourg and Spain. Since joining Deloitte Luxembourg in 2013, Jaime has obtained prestigious qualifications such as auditor and member of ROAC in Spain. He holds the title of chartered alternative investment analyst (CAIA).

Marion Rory joined Deloitte Luxembourg in 2010 and specializes in the audit of commercial and industrial entities, as well as complex audits. As a company auditor and co-chair of the Ila working group dedicated to SMEs and family businesses, Marion brings in-depth expertise and a nuanced understanding of the specific needs of family businesses and SMEs.

Four partners and a new managing director in the Tax department

Iva Gyurova joined the Pricing team at Deloitte Luxembourg in 2014, after gaining valuable experience at Deloitte Bulgaria. She has deep expertise in assisting multinational clients on transfer of pricing matters, such as global documentation, corporate restructurings and dispute management.

Marcell Köves joined Deloitte Luxembourg in 2015 and is part of the mergers and acquisitions tax advisory team. He focuses primarily on real asset alternative fund managers, offering personalized tax advice for the design and implementation of fund and holding platforms in Luxembourg.

Tomas Papousek has 15 years of experience in VAT consulting for companies in the financial services sector. His expertise covers advising asset managers, management companies, banks and insurance companies on VAT matters.

Jonathan Streicher is an expert in cross-border tax for asset management and alternative investments, with over 16 years of experience. Since joining in 2020, he has played a central role in the development of Deloitte’s end-to-end investor tax reporting solution for AIFs. He is a certified Steuerberater (German tax advisor) and assistant professor of taxation.

Julie André joined Deloitte in 2017 and has over 18 years of direct tax experience in the financial sector. She leads tax compliance work for banks, PSF, insurance and reinsurance companies, as well as traditional asset management companies. She becomes managing director.
