A few days before the submission of the group’s financial restructuring offers, the senatorial fact-finding mission is criticizing the political management of the file.

For three months, the senatorial information mission on the health and future of Atos has been trying to answer these two thorny questions. After no less than 84 hearings of former and current leaders of the group, the four rapporteurs of this mission, all members of the Economic Affairs Committee or that of Foreign Affairs, Defense, Armed Forces, Jérôme Darras (PS) , Fabien Gay (PCF), Thierry Meignen (LR) and Sophie Primas (LR) report most of their conclusions this Tuesday. They point out the reaction “late and insufficient” of the State in the debacle.

The report delves into the roots of the fiasco. A drift which has led Atos, a national flagship with more than 10 billion in turnover and just under 100,000 employees, present in the IT asset management, cloud, cybersecurity, defense, etc. sectors.
