US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Thursday called on the United States and China to manage their differences in a “responsible” manner, during his second visit to the country in less than a year.
“We have an obligation to our people – and even to the world – to manage relations between our two countries responsibly,” Antony Blinken said in Shanghai, where he met the local leader of the Chinese Communist Party.
