“One and only one meeting”. This is the big news announced by Alizée on February 26, 2024 after having provoked strong reactions a week before. Indeed, on February 19, 2024, the 40-year-old singer surprised her fans when she posted a photo in which we could discover her stage name, followed by the date of September 7, 2024.
A few days later, the singer launched by Mylène Farmer known in 2000 in the show Star Seeds with Lolita revealed that it was a concert planned at the Olympia. A one-off concert for the artist who released her last album, Blonde, in 2014.
Alizée retired
Since October 2017, the 40-year-old singer has not gone on stage to sing. Gregoire Lyonnet’s partner, that year, decided to put her musical career on hold to devote herself to dancing with her partner. But she is preparing to come out of retirement.
Because in a few days, her fans will finally be able to see her on stage. And if some still had trouble believing it, Alizée has just confirmed that it was not a dream. This Wednesday, August 28, 2024, she unveiled the official poster of her “one and only concert” on Instagram.
But back for one date only
“Very happy and moved to share with you the official poster of the concert “25 YEARS ALREADY” at L’OLYMPIA on Sunday September 7, 2025. The nostalgia of my six albums will resonate for you, on this legendary Parisian stage, which was the very first to welcome me”she first wrote in the caption of her publication.
Subsequently, Alizée informs that the ticket office will open on Friday, September 6, 2024 at 6 p.m. before announcing a big surprise to her fans. “My inner child has never really left me, and I always loved the movie ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ so here’s a little surprise…”she warned before revealing: “5 Golden Tickets were slipped among the tickets sold exclusively on the Olympia website: www.olympiahall.com”.
Holders of tickets 25, 125, 225, 325 and 425 will be able to meet Alizée after her concert. A big surprise that will delight the lucky ones.
