Stress is not just the prerogative of adults, children, even the smallest, can be victims of it. Stress has invaded all spheres of society, from work to family. There is a whole vicious circle that is forming: we have stressed parents (by their work, by a difficult economic situation, by a separation or an illness, by the lack of time to do everything… and these parents can communicate their stress to children.

Stress in children can have several causes including school, family, the environment in which they live, the list goes on.
