The digital revolution at the heart of the 2nd regional building day

Professional Building Training Complex of Fez

The Fez Building Trades Training Center hosted the second edition of the regional building day on Tuesday. Placed under the theme of “the digital revolution and modern approaches”, this meeting highlights technological advances in the sector and promotes the skills of trainees from the Office of Vocational Training and Labor Promotion (OFPPT) of the Fez-Meknes region.

During this day, Abdelhakim Hadafi, regional director of the OFPPT, recalled the importance of this event, now listed as a key meeting for the Fez-Meknes region. It is part of a strategy of opening up to the socio-economic environment, bringing together apprentices and professionals in the sector.

This edition notably highlighted competitions for trainees specializing in trades such as plumbing, heating engineers, geometry-topography and decorative painting. These competitions provide a platform where local talent can demonstrate their know-how while familiarizing themselves with the demands of the job market.

A crossroads of exchange and learning

For Abdelghani El Idrissi, director of the Professional Building Training Complex in Fez, this initiative contributes to stimulating regional dynamics in favor of professional training. According to him, the day allowed the trainees to present their final training work and their achievements in different professions, thus strengthening their connection with the professional world.
