Taemin’s agency spoke up.
Since leaving SM Entertainment, the SHINee member has joined Big Planet Made but is still a part of SHINee.
In recent days, there have been rumors that he supposedly won’t be seen with the group again, so the agency released a press release which read:

We are aware of concerns raised by posts on some online communities and social media regarding Taemin’s activities with SHINee. We would like to clarify our position on this matter.
Recent social media posts clearly contain false information. We plan to take strong action against the spread of such misinformation.
We fully support and encourage SHINee’s activities, which Taemin attaches great importance to. At the same time, we are committed to ensuring fair treatment and providing the support necessary for his career.
We will continue to actively support Taemin in his solo career and as a member of SHINee, striving to protect him and help him grow as an artist.
We sincerely thank fans for their continued love and support for Taemin.
