A new album in preparation for 2025
Clown revealed that Slipknot will soon begin recording their next studio album: “We have a new album. We will start to [l’enregistrer] shortly. I want to approach this project with the energy of someone starting from scratch. This is how I want to experience it.”
He also clarified that this album is not linked to the project Look Outside Your Windowa disc recorded during the sessions ofAll Hope Is Gone (2008), but which according to him does not represent a real Slipknot album: “This was never a Slipknot album. Not then, not in the ten years I’ve had it, and certainly not when it comes out.”
According to Clown, this album could see the light of day in the first quarter of 2025, but he insists that it is a separate project from the rest of their catalog.

“In 25 years, no one, including Modern Drummer, has asked me about my keg [baril]. No one is interested in my covers or my videos. I have a hard time convincing myself that everything I do matters.”
However, he said he wants to change his mindset for 2025: “I will try not to complain. I realized that my expectations will never be met. I need to let go and focus on the positive.”
The role of new drummer Eloy Casagrande
