It is September 3, 1965: the Rolling Stones are playing (I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction in public for the television show “Ready Steady Go”. Story of Melody Nelson. We are in the early days of a legend: the Stones' most famous song was released two weeks ago in Great Britain, two months after the United States – because it is the first single from the group to be released first outside -Atlantic, which does a lot for its worldwide success and for the fact that Satisfaction is today a historic monument.
