Among the ten vocal groups that performed on stage were children, retirees, a 100% female choir, another from Polynesia… A maximum of cultures were represented.
Who will be the best choir in France? : an unprecedented jury with a former professor of the Star Academy
If the journalist Laurent Luyat, the musician Magalie Ripoll and the singer Vincent Niclo had already been jurors of the competition, this was the first time that they took part together. And to complete the trio, Adeline Toniutti, former singing teacher of the Star Academy joined the jury for the first time. The quartet therefore had to decide between the different groups that performed in front of them. Decisions that were complicated to make, according to the singer of Don't forget the lyrics. “We made our brains smoke because our hearts were wavering. We were forced to make choices and that’s what was painful”she confides during an interview with Tele-Leisure.
