INTERVIEW – The actress released “L’Heure d’un rendez-vous”, six years after a successful first album. She returns to her love of Music and poetry with undiminished enthusiasm.
Françoise Fabian receives guests at home, in a Parisian apartment which houses many memories. She apologizes for not having anything to serve us to drink, but is never stingy with her words. After successfully trying her hand at singing for the first time in 2018, she did it again for a second album. Very frank and very direct, her repartee intact, the 91-year-old actress remains a very beautiful woman, with gentle charisma.
LE FIGARO. – When you released your first album, you weren’t sure if you would follow it up…
Françoise FABIAN. – That is to say, with Alex (Beaupain Editor’s note)we dreamed of giving a sequel to Simply. We even had a project. But he has so much work… We gave concerts, we played in Rochefort to pay tribute to Jacques Demy, but today he is too busy.
This first disc surprised us very pleasantly. You dreamed of making a new one ?
