On November 13, NewJeans sent a content certification to their agency ADOR, demanding that the agency rectify all significant violations of exclusivity contracts within 14 days, and warning:
“If our requests for rectification are not accepted, we will terminate our exclusivity contracts. »

This is a company that no longer has any sincerity in the art of the music that is being created, that is instead obsessed with the appearance of a successful business when all they think about is making money. money, and who has no awareness of the negative effect it creates by its inauthentic means. This is not the type of work ethic we respect or want to be a part of, and continuing to work at a company without the intention of protecting NewJeans would only hurt us. This is why the five of us together agreed to leave ADOR. And so that we can speak out clearly before misleading information is released on this matter, we have chosen to hold an emergency press conference today. »
Danielle finally expressed:
“Basically, once we leave ADOR, we will seek to freely pursue the activities that we truly desire. Especially with schedules that have already been arranged, we will do our best to continue them without any complications.
