Céline Dion added her voice to those of several other personalities who paid tribute to the host, journalist and cultural columnist Herby Moreau, who died last Sunday at the age of 56.

“Herby Moreau was a friend, an internationally recognized journalist with whom I spent a lot of time on the Red Carpets which he hosted with mastery, elegance and good humor,” underlined the Quebec diva in a message published Wednesday on the networks social.

The singer also returned to the work that the host did on the show Flashon TQS, but also for his hosting of the show Star System at TVA and the hearings of Star Academy.

“His smile will remain engraved in my heart…” she testified, while offering her condolences to the journalist’s loved ones.
