Santa could not hide his disappointment after the NRJ Music Awards. The singer was up for two awards.
The 26th edition of the NRJ Music Awards took place this Friday, November 1 in Cannes. Pierre Garnier and Héléna Bailly were notably rewarded. Santa was nominated in two categories but left empty-handed.
Friday evening, the French artist offered viewers during the evening of the NRJ Music Awards a lovely performance of her song “Recommence-moi”. She was nominated in the “French-speaking Female Artist” category, a prize won by Vitaa. But also for “ Song of the year » prize won by Pierre Garnier for his title “Those we were”.
The 33-year-old singer did not hide her disappointment, in a voice message posted on her Instagram channel, this Sunday, November 3. “ I wanted to send you a little memo to thank you for mobilizing so much for the NMA. We tell ourselves, we are a little disgusted, but we will continue to hack when the system does not want us. »
And to add: “ We hack it, we bypass it. I will try and continue to give the best performances and set fire everywhere. I kiss you very much. That will be for next time! »
