Very close to his father Florent Pagny, Aël often sends him messages on social networks. Like on the occasion of her last birthday where, on Instagram, she wrote “simply the coolest” in Spanish before noting: “We love you big time”. When the singer learned that he had cancer, he was obviously able to count on the support of his wife and his children, Aël and Inca. Moreover, the young woman remembers perfectly well the shock she felt when she discovered the terrible news.
Aël remembers the news of his father’s cancer
During an interview for GalaAël spoke about this significant moment in her life. Accompanied by her father during this interview, she revealed: “The day you discovered your illness, I left for Argentina and Inca joined me two weeks later. We didn’t know what to do. When we came back, Dad no longer had any hair. We were used to his changes in appearance. look, but this one was different, he hadn’t chosen it… Afterwards, we didn’t let each other go.”

This Sunday, November 3, the portrait of the week in the show Seven to eight is dedicated to the daughter of Florent Pagny. As we can see in a preview extract posted online, she talks at length about her passion for photography, a passion which she decided to make her career. She regularly photographs her father who is not a big fan of photo shoots. “He doesn’t like to pose, but he knows his poses so it’s very fluid”she confided to Audrey Crespo-Mara. During his father’s last 60th birthday tour, Aël accompanied him. The 62-year-old artist had told her that she was not obliged to come on all the dates, but for her, it was out of the question to miss a single one. Through her camera, she remembers the notable moments of this tour, including one time when her father was missed and she did not fail to immortalize this moment in photos: “The screen behind him went down and suddenly he wanted to make an exit, but suddenly he was blocked. We saw each other and he quickly understood that I was in my place, but you were a little messed up your move”she revealed.
