The host was visibly having trouble hearing himself, drowned out by the cries of a spectator who was very excited to be there.

TF1 broadcast the 26th edition of NRJ Music Awards this Friday, November 1, live from the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes. Nikos Aliagaswho has only missed one ceremony in 15 years for medical reasons, was back in charge. If the show opened with a lauded performance from Indochina, who then left with the trophy for French-speaking Group of the Year, it ended with the presentation of the prize for French-speaking Song of the Year. It was K. Maro who came to present it to Pierre Garnier who won it thanks to his “Those we were” and the votes of the public throughout the evening.
While the singer had just finished his acceptance speech, he was joined on stage by Nikos Aliagas, who came to close the ceremony. And while the host was greeting the teams backstage, he was surprised by a member of the public who, after approaching him, started dancing and screaming with joy, very intensely. “But who is this hysterical guy? Who invited him to the NRJ Music Awards? » asked journalist Maxime Guény, who captured the sequence before sharing it on X (formerly Twitter).
“Are you okay, buddy? Ah, you’re in good shape, you didn’t stop tonight. But you’re right, life is short, have fun my boy! » the host can be heard asking in the video. Indeed, during the evening, the young man had already approached the host while he was speaking to the camera, still screaming. “Nice costume anyway. Well done, well done… Thank you for your enthusiasm. » he then said, slightly annoyed by the fan’s strange behavior.
