The NRJ Music Awards are the unmissable event for music fans. This Friday 1is November, the French ceremony marks its grand return to the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes for a 26e edition which promises many surprises to viewers. As a reminder, the NRJ Music Awards aim to reward the most fashionable French-speaking and international artists of the moment. From Monday September 23 until Friday September 1is November at 12 p.m., Internet users have the opportunity to vote, once a day, for their favorite artists in each of the fourteen categories. As in previous editions, it is only possible to vote once per day in each category.
Among the guests who have already confirmed their presence on stage, we find Benson Boone, Damiano David from the Italian group Måneskin, Gims, Santa, Louane, Slimane, Indochine, David Guetta, Teddy Swims, Sevdaliza and Yseult, Clara Luciani, but also Pierre Garnier. The winner of “Star Academy” is in fact nominated in the French-speaking Revelation category, facing Carbonne, Jeck, Jungeli and her friend Helena Bailly.
A trophy that the interpreter of “Those we were” should undoubtedly win, given his meteoric career since leaving the castle of Dammarie-les-Lys. While his first album has just been certified platinum with more than 100,000 copies sold in France, Pierre Garnier is preparing to unveil a reissue of his opus, enriched with four new tracks and a duet with M. Pokora, on November 22.

If Helena also deserves victory, the singer is aware that her chances are minimal. However, she already says she is very proud to be among the list of nominees. “I learned about my participation in the NRJ Music Awards when I was on vacation with my family and friends. Suddenly I heard my sister-in-law, who is also my manager, screaming throughout the house. When she told me I was nominated, I cried instantly. I’m so proud. I would like to take my revenge against Pierre, because I have never won against him, whether during the evaluations or during the semi-final. Out of five artists, two come from the same show. It’s rare, and it’s so cool. I would be so happy if he won the trophy. He deserves it so much,” she confided to NRJ.
Guaranteed of a trophy?
But Helena fans rest assured, the “Summer Body” singer will certainly not leave empty-handed. Indeed, the Belgian is also in the running in the Belgian Revelation category, organized by NRJ Belgium, against Essyla, Chris Lobanzo and Morgan. Being the most popular artist on this list, Helena therefore has every chance of leaving with the coveted distinction.
