#1 The Offspring
Formed in 1984, the punk rock group achieved international notoriety with the release of its singles. Come Out and Play, Self Esteem et Gotta Get Awayfrom the album Smash in 1994. A Maxi which has sold more than eleven million copies worldwide. Today, after a very festive appearance at Hellfest last June, and on the occasion of the release of his new album “Supercharged”, the band has announced a European tour visiting Paris in 2025.
#2 Avril Lavigne
What happened to the Grunge icon of the 2000s? After six albums, the Canadian suffering from Lyme disease today devotes a good part of her time to her care, but does not forget her passion. She recently collaborated with Nate Smith on “Can You Die From A Broken Heart”. Note thatthere is a crazy rumor that she has died since 2003, and that a double would have since replaced it. The boy band captured the hearts of teenage girls in the 2010s. Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Liam Payne and Zayn Malik finished in third place during the seventh season of British talent show The X Factor. A springboard which allowed them to subsequently sign a contract with the Syco Music label, then to publish 5 albums between 2011 and 2015. It is for a completely different reason that they are in the news today. The death of Liam Payne a few days ago caused a stir in various online fan clubs. The rest of the group, devastated, did not fail to mourn the death of their friend on the networks.

With ten studio albums, the latest titled Moon Music released in October 2024, Coldplay are one of the biggest hit groups of the new millennium, with more than 105 million records sold worldwide. The British band returns from their tour Head Full of Dreams Tourwhich lasted 21 months and gave birth in 2018 to the album Live in Buenos Aires.
#5 The Libertines
Formed in 1997 by Carl Barât and Pete Doherty, Les Libertines will begin their European tour, and will notably pass through Bordeaux on February 18, 2025. Star Pete Doherty, long addicted to drugs, recently is the subject of an autobiographical documentary retracing his years of hell. His path to withdrawal took him to Normandy, where he said goodbye to drugs and now lives an orderly life, near Étretat, with his wife and child.
#6 Arctic Monkeys
The legendary indie rock band from Sheffield has no fewer than seven studio albums to their credit, including Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not, fastest-selling album by a band in UK history. “Do I Wanna Know ?”, their most emblematic title is, 10 years after its release, still just as viral. Successful on TikTok, it is also on Spotify, sincethis year it exceeded two billion listens on the platform.
