Actress Go Min Si’s extreme diet has been talked about a lot in recent days.

On the YouTube channel ‘117’, Go Min Si shared her weight loss experience in order to get down to 43 kilos to play the role of sociopath Yoo Seong Ah in the Netflix drama.

She revealed her worrying daily regimen, explaining:

“I survived on an iced coffee, a packet of seasoned seaweed and two hard-boiled eggs a day. My concentration has actually improved. Eating makes me sleepy, but when I eat less, I feel more awake. »

During filming, she also maintained this diet, and confided in the show:

“Doesn’t eating make you sleepy?” I don’t like this feeling. My body and my stamina don’t handle it well, and I really don’t like the feeling. »

Finally, she returned to her role itself and the reasons for her weight loss.

Go Min Si revealed:

“I wanted my spine to be visible. I felt like it would give a raw feel to the brutal actions my character did. »

She also spoke about her role in “The Witch”, a role for which she had to gain weight at the time to weigh 58 kilos. She expressed:

“In ‘The Witch,’ I had to gain weight until I weighed 58 kilos. I was happy on this shoot because I could eat freely without restrictions. »
