Although he may want to stop touring and withdraw a little, Vianney is nevertheless everywhere. Returning for a fifth season in the role of coach in “The Voice”, the singer puts his talent at the service of others. Thus, he notably signed six tracks from Kendji Girac’s new album “Vivre”, including the first single “Si only…”, which evokes his reconstruction after the tragedy which almost cost him his life, but also “Tant Meilleur” , the new title by Pierre Guénard. “ I never had the feeling of being alone. On the other hand, I was always aware that there were great things happening outside my window, things that I didn’t see, that I had to look for in order to progress and meet great people. » assures Vianney in an interview on Purecharts.

At 2 to 3, at 200,000!

Sharing is also the watchword of “À 2 à 3”, Vianney’s latest album published in November 2023 and through which he shares the microphone with many friends and singing stars. The artist therefore called on Mentissa, Florent Pagny, Jean-Louis Aubert, Renaud, Mika, Gims or MC Solaar, while his titles with Zazie (“How we do it”), Ed Sheeran (“Call on Me”) and Kendji Girac (“Le feu”) became real hits. And this participatory project touched the public right in the heart: landing number one in sales last November with 27,000 purchases, “À 2 à 3” was one of the bestsellers of the end of 2023, quickly securing a place among the 20 biggest hits of the year. And the craze continues! Since the start of 2024, the album has recorded 87,000 new purchases. Which allows the “À 2 à 3” project to exceed the milestone of 200,000 copies sold in : Vianney has just received double platinum certification.

However, this success will not push Vianney to reverse his decision and go back on tour. “ I have no rejection, I love the stage. People who have seen me on stage know that it’s something that fascinates me and makes me very happy. But there is a time for everything. There is a balance to find. My family has changed » he warned in another interview with Purecharts: “ I’ll come back on stage I think but I don’t have any plans. I have at least two or three years without touring, and that too is a luxury “. So be patient!
