Magali Berdah: Milla Jasmine and Maeva Ghennam file a complaint against her for “fraud”

In December 2023, Milla Jasmine and Maeva Ghennam informed their respective communities on social networks that Magali Berdah owed them colossal sums. In particular, they threatened to demand their dues in court. According to The Parisian, the two reality TV stars were indeed considering filing a complaint against their former friend. “The desire for legal action has been confirmed (…) To date, several people have contacted my office regarding debts owed to one of the companies owned by Mrs. Magali Berdah. Some of my clients, like Maeva Ghennam and Milla Jasmine, first attempted an amicable settlement, but months have passed without them being able to begin to see the beginning of positive prospects in this direction.said Me Ilyacine Maallaoui in a letter sent to our colleagues.

“My clients report various unfulfilled payments”

“Cumulated, the amounts are colossal and my clients are legitimately concerned about the future of these funds. We are obviously considering legal action, this ultima ratio was not initially preferred, but we are forced to do so”, we could also read in the press release. According to Maeva Ghennam’s own statements on social networks, Magali Berdah owes her more than 500,000 euros while Milla Jasmine told the Parisian that the debt would be around 150,000 euros. “She was always late with her payments, she never paid on time, but she eventually paid and always had excuses. She said she would find a solution and that it was because of her former associates who had left her in debt, something I no longer believe today.”she confided.

The two women finally seem to have carried out their threats. Our colleagues from Release announced on Saturday May 4 that three complaints were filed after payments and commitments not honored by Shauna Events, the agency founded by Magali Berdah. The two influencers each filed a complaint against “scam” last Friday May 3. “A third complaint for the same reason was filed by Majda Sall, entrepreneur and author, who considers herself wronged after a press attaché contract not kept by Magali Berdah”we also learn in the columns of our colleagues. “My clients have reported various payments that have not been honored for several months. The circumstances in which these payments could not have taken place force us to favor criminal proceedings. We are confident about the procedural consequences”commented Ilyacine Maallaoui to Release. It was after several attempts at an amicable settlement that these complaints were made. The main party concerned has not yet reacted. To be continued…
