Tomorrow Belongs to Us: Summary of the episode of Thursday April 4, 2024

Georges and Mélody….

Georges, overwhelmed by his little Lucien, receives an unexpected visit from Mélody. While she hopes to spend a sweet moment with him, the young woman’s plans are thwarted. Not only does Georges never stop taking care of Lucien and talking about his baby, but Mona also shows up unexpectedly. Mélody prefers to slip away. A little later, she sends a message to Georges and asks him if he is free the next evening. Mona encourages her son to accept and offers to watch her grandson.

Xavier confronts Simon

Simon Leclerq leaves his apartment, and finds himself face to face with Xavier Meffre who is waiting for him with determination. Very angry, the latter criticizes Simon for taking advantage of Camille’s vulnerability. Simon tries to justify himself, but Xavier doesn’t let him speak. He emphasizes that he already did not have much respect for him as a lawyer, but as a man, he repels him. Then, Xavier asks Simon to leave his daughter alone. Simon retorts that Camille is an adult and free to make her choices just like him. Xavier firmly grabs her arm and tells her that his relationship with Camille has just ended. But Xavier fails to scare him and Simon finds Camille a little later. She fears that after what has just happened with her father, Simon will no longer want her. Simon reassures her that he cares about her and that he hasn’t felt like this in a very long time.

At high school, Maud approaches Diego and invites him to a party she is organizing the next day. She subtly underlines that the atmosphere is tense at the moment at home, because Camille is in a relationship with a man much older than her. Diego blames the blow, but agrees to come to his party.

For her part, Camille has a discussion with her father. She blames him for not telling her that he was going to see Simon. Xavier emphasizes that this does not change anything fundamentally. Not only does he find that she has a big age difference with him, but he also thinks that Simon is not a good person. But Camille refuses to hear it and declares to her father that they love each other.

Raphaëlle canceled her evening with Martin to talk to her eldest daughter and get her version. Camille admits to being in a relationship with Simon and confides to her mother that she cares about him. Raphaëlle is afraid that their relationship is unbalanced. She wouldn’t want Simon to have any control over her. “Like Stanislas with you for example? » Camille then retorts. She then assures her mother that such a thing will not happen.

The return of Jessica Moreno

Sylvain and Christelle Moreno return from the races. The front door is unlocked and a jacket is placed on a chair. Christelle begins to panic when Jessica, their eldest daughter, bursts into the room. She came to visit them. Christelle and Sylvain are happy to see her again. If Christelle didn’t know that she had to come back, Sylvain knew, but he wanted to surprise his wife.

Jessica is still evolving in the fashion world and she even created her own brand. She wants to make a name for herself, but she longs to do something meaningful. Sylvain suggests to his daughter that they organize a parade. Jessica explains to her father that this requires a financial investment and careful preparation. And then, it would have to have a well-defined concept. An idea then crosses Christelle’s mind.

A little later, Jessica goes to the hospital to meet Noor. She learned from Christelle that in addition to her work as a nurse, Noor was also involved in an association called “La Maison Rose” which aims to renovate a building near the hospital to provide housing for families whose children are under treatment. Noor explains to Jessica that the association is looking for funds and that it needs to make itself known. Jessica thinks they could collaborate because she wants to promote her brand.

A little later, Jessica presented her idea to Marianne Delcourt since she was in charge of the association. She explains to him that she wants to do a fashion show with her creations while serving a good cause. The young woman then assures him that all profits from the sales will be donated to “La maison rose”. Marianne agrees, but the parade must take place in three weeks maximum.

Jessica then goes to Spoon to work on her brand and makes a phone call. Charles listens to her conversation, which does not escape the young woman. Damien’s brother asks Jessica if she is the author of the sketches. He finds these drawings very pretty. Jessica thanks him before pointing out that he is indiscreet. Charles apologizes. Jessica seems to be under his spell.

Joséphine lied about her assault

At the police station, Roxane carried out in-depth research into the personal life of Maxence Gasquet, the police lieutenant who died last week. She informs Martin that he was registered on all the dating apps and used all of her profiles. Roxane specifies that she managed to find the identity of all the women with whom Maxence was in contact. She called three young women he had gone on dates with in the past two weeks and they told her that after their one meeting at the hotel, he never called them back.

Martin summons Joséphine Gasquet again and presents her with photos of her husband’s mistresses. She does not identify any of them as the person who attacked her.

At the end of the day, Raphaëlle receives a call from Marianne Delcourt. The latter has just sent her report to the police concerning the injuries of Joséphine Gasquet. Given the angle of the injuries and their depth, she can affirm that Joséphine Gasquet was not attacked and that she inflicted these injuries herself.
