The president of the French Building Federation of Gard Pierre Martin deplores the impossibility for the State to commit to the payment of aid from MaPrimRénov'.
The consequences of the motion of censure particularly worry the French Building Federation of Gard, especially since the Minister of Housing Valérie Létard announced the impossibility for the State to commit to the payment of MaPrimeRénov' aid since January 1 2025, lack of finance law.
Finance law to be voted on
The president of the FFB du Gard Pierre Martin indicates that this must be voted on urgently: “The sustainability of tens of thousands of businesses is at stake, and therefore the employment of hundreds of thousands of craftsmen, entrepreneurs and journeymen. […] The new construction market is at a standstill and now it is the renovation market which is paying the price for this political situation. It is high time that our elected officials realize this.”
This is what he reminded the Gard parliamentarians present during the CPME's greetings on Friday January 10. The FFB asks the minister “to confirm as quickly as possible that this situation does not call into question the simple possibility for Anah to validate new requests for aid. Otherwise, energy renovation would come to a real halt.”
