At CES 2025, Audio-Technica revealed the new ATH-CKS50TW2 headphones, which can last up to 25 hours on a charge with active noise cancellation (ANC) off and up to 15 hours with ANC on.
Here’s what we know
The charging case provides an additional 40 hours of battery life (25 hours with ANC enabled). One of the main features of the headset is the magnetic switching technology, which allows the headset to automatically turn off when the magnets are connected, saving charge. The headset turns back on when disconnected.
The ATH-CKS50TW2 headphones feature Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation technology and 9mm drivers for high-quality sound. Multi-point pairing, Qi wireless charging, and IP55 dust and water protection are also supported. The headset’s touch controls allow you to adjust playback, volume, calls, voice assistant, and noise cancellation settings.
The headset is available in black for $149 and a beige option is also planned.
