Following the historic Hollywood strike in 2023, Marvel Studios had a rather quiet 2024 in terms of releases. However, 2025 promises to be much more dynamic.
In total, no less than nine projects are planned on the calendar for 2025, including three films and six series. This is hardly a surprise, since Bob Iger announced during Disney’s earnings call in May that they would be reducing their annual movie production to “two or three maximum.”
Iger also predicted that there would be “about two TV series a year,” but he remained unclear as to when this new programming would begin. This move aims to “focus more on quality,” according to Disney’s CEO.
Here is an overview of the Marvel films and series expected in 2025, as well as their release dates.

Trammell also mentioned that Harry Osborn would have a role in the series, marking Osborn’s first appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
