New comments from Gérard Depardieu in North Korea revealed in the bailiff’s report.

MEDIA – It will almost be a year since 2 broadcast its number Additional Investigation dedicated to Gérard Depardieu. Rarely has a program caused so much ink to flow, nor provoked so many reactions, including that of the President of the Republic. This Tuesday, October 22, The Parisian makes new revelations concerning the sequence at the heart of the controversy and in which the actor expressed himself in shocking terms about a little girl.

Our colleagues had access to the report written by the bailiff seized by France a few days after the broadcast of this issue entitled “The Fall of the Ogre”. His report confirms the authenticity of the images broadcast in the France 2 magazine, and reveals new comments from the actor, cut during editing.

As a reminder, the show revealed images shot by Yann Moix in North Korea as part of a documentary. In particular, we saw the actor on a merry-go-round facing riders, sexualizing a little girl who was riding past him on horseback. Those close to the actor and his lawyer immediately accused the production of the show of having manipulated the images. France Télévisions subsequently ordered an expert report to prove its good faith. A report that our colleagues from Parisian were therefore able to consult.

An unmanipulated sequence

On the one hand, it confirms that the images broadcast in the Further investigation are truthful and have not been manipulated. Based on the sequences filmed by two cameras and a camcorder, the bailiff completely reconstructed the scene and confirms that the actor is indeed talking about the little girl when he says “ If he ever gallops she cums. That’s good girl, keep going! “. For the bailiff, Gérard Depardieu can only be talking about the little girl, the rest of the riders being male.

On the other hand, the report reveals statements by the actor which were cut during the editing of the France 2 program. According to the text consulted by our colleagues and confirmed by BFMTV, the actor added “ No, but if he makes her gallop, she gets wet, she comes, you know that those who do the salt road, or the crazy women who are on horseback, their clit rubs on the top of the… on the pommel from the saddle, and there, they enjoy a lot, they’re big sluts. On the horse route or even in the hounds in Gien, you have lots of them. » Comments excluded from the final edit of the issue of Further investigation.

New expertise

The entire show was against the actor, but it was precisely this passage that triggered an outcry from the Depardieu clan. The actor and Yann Moix had sued France Télévisions and the production company Hikari for “fraudulent editing, breach of trust, concealed work”.

Secondly, as revealed by AFP and Telerama Friday October 18, the Court of Appeal ordered a new expertise of the raw images filmed at the stud farm “at the advanced expense of Gérard Depardieu who has an interest in seeing this measure carried out”, to remove doubt about the possible manipulation of images and the identity of the person targeted by Gérard Depardieu’s outrageous remarks. As a reminder, in May the court initially ordered Hikari to transmit the rushes to Gérard Depardieu. A decision which the production company had appealed.

These new revelations come as the actor is expected in Paris on Monday October 28 on the first day of his trial for sexual assaults committed on two women, during the filming of the film Green Shutters in 2021.
