Here’s a false good idea: adapting the cult series from the 1980s The man who falls at the right time (The Fall Guy, 5 seasons and 112 episodes), David Leitch and his screenwriter Drew Pearce only kept the profession and the name of the hero, the stuntman Colt Seavers. Here is Ryan Gosling taking over the role created by Lee Majors, for a story taking place essentially in the world of cinema, where the series took off to accompany the character in his side activity as a bounty hunter. Here, Seavers will have to investigate, in Australia, the disappearance of the star for whom he once again became the official stuntman after a serious accident. As for the casual romance, it will see him try to win back the heart of Jody Moreno (Emily Blunt).
