The last 2024 GP in Barcelona fell into the hands of Francesco Bagnaia, the reigning double World Champion. But the 3e place of Jorge Martin assures him the 2024 world title which he celebrated in the most beautiful way this afternoon in Spain.
Bagnaia took the lead from the start ahead of Martin, Marc Marquez and Enea Bastianini. Alex Rins (Yamaha YZR-M1-Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP) got off to a better start than his leader Fabio Quartararo (Yamaha YZR-M1-Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP) P12. Very quickly, the French passed in front of the Spaniard, while MM93 blew the 2e place for Martin. At 2e lap, Aleix Espargaro passed Bastianini for 4the place and Joan Mir came to the end of Fabio Quartararo on behalf of the 11e position.
Bagnaia has established himself as leader but with Marc Marquez insistent and attached to his rear wheel. Fabio is always 12e in front Alex Rins P15 a Johann Zarco P19. At 5e tour, Rins must bow to Augusto Fernandez and gives him his 15e place. In the next round, it's Fabio Quartararo who overcomes Mir who will finally fall in the next round.
Alex Marquez took the lead over Bastianini for 5e place. Fabio Quartararo is P12 ahead Alex Rins P16 and Johann Zarco P17. The latter comes to the end of theSpanish and passes it to 8e tour. Fabio saw the Top10 and Marco Bezzecchi. The tricolor even comes to less than 9/10e of a second for the Italian, at a time when his teammate is struggling and losing time and places (P20), to the point of receiving a Long Lapthen a second!
Bezzecchi passed Pedro Acosta in difficulty and over the finish line, Fabio Quartararo finishes P11 at only 138/1000e of the Spanish driver and the Top10. Alex Rins ends his season at 21e place of the GP, while victory went to Bagnaia ahead of MM93 and Martin.
In the final championship, Jorge Martin is the 2024 World Champion by 19 points over Francesco Bagnaia. Marc Marquez is P3 ahead of Bastianini and Brad Binder. Fabio Quartararo is P13 ahead Alex Rins P18. Yamaha is P4'Builders' and the Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP P8'Teams’.
The pilots MotoGP will be present again Tuesday November 19 for the premier test 2025 with the changes planned for the pilots and the teams. And Fabio Quartararo et Alex Rins will be at the helm of their M1 official, the great novelty for Yamaha will be the presence of the new team Pramac Yamaha with Jack Miller et Miguel Oliveira.

Stefano Manzi (Yamaha VR46 Master Camp Team) won 21e place of the last GP of the season just over 27 seconds behind the last winner of the year: Aron Canet!
His teammate Andrea Migno (Yamaha VR46 Master Camp Team) finished P26 44 seconds behind the winner ahead of Simone Corsi.
