The Moroccan national team begins its journey in the qualifiers for the Africa Cup of Nations “Morocco 2025”, by facing its Gabonese counterpart, in the first round of the group stage.
National coach Walid Regragui will try to exploit today’s match to try out some new plans and implement some ideas that he tried to convey to the players in training sessions, he said in the press conference preceding the match.
Tomorrow’s match will be an opportunity for some names to appear for the first time with the Moroccan national team, including Zakaria El Wahidi, who shined in the Olympics, and Adam Aznou, who plays with Bayern Munich.

The Moroccan national team has already qualified for the African Cup of Nations as the host country, noting that only one team will accompany the “Lions” to the continental tournament.
