The Moroccan national team players began arriving at the Maamoura camp in preparation for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Gabon and Lesotho.

Goalkeeper Mehdi Benabid, Pyramids FC player Mohamed El-Sheeb, and Al-Ahly FC defender Ashraf Dari arrived on Monday, and the rest of the players will join in the coming hours.

The Moroccan national team will face its Gabonese counterpart next Friday at the Grand Stade de Agadir, then play against Lesotho on September 9.

It is worth noting that the Moroccan national team has automatically qualified for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations finals, as the host of the tournament, which will be held between December 21, 2025 and January 18, 2026.
