As atmospheric pressure increases, the week will start off with mostly dry and sunny. However, weather will also be cool and, at times, rainy in parts of the country. At night, air temperature will drop to 0° C… -2° C. Days will become colder – air temperature in most of the country will not exceed +15° C, as reported by Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre.
On Tuesday, the 1st of October, weather will be partially cloudy. The amount of clouds will increase in the afternoon. Rain is expected in the country in the evening.
The wind will be slow and will blow from the east and north-east. Air temperature at night will drop to 0° C… +5° C (+8° C along the coast).
On the night to Wednesday it will rain in many parts of Latvia. During the day, however, it will rain mostly in the country’s northern parts. On the night to Thursday it will rain locally. During the day it will rain in many parts of the country. Wind speed will be slow in most of the country and strong in northern parts. Air temperature at night will drop to +5° C… +11° C and will be a couple of degrees warmer during the day. In the second half of the week and on the weekend, the sky will be covered by clouds and some areas may expect short-term rain. The air will remain cool, the minimum and maximum air temperatures will be similar to those in previous days.
