“I started in 2006, in a large group based in Le Mans. »

Because he wanted to work with a “more artisanal” company, he joined the company TECC, based in Sainte-Jamme-sur-Sarthe, in 2013. He worked there as a technical sales representative. But, ten years later, at the end of 2023, the company was bought by… the large group for which Stéphane initially worked.

I couldn't see myself staying, for the same reasons that made me leave a few years earlier: I like proximity, contact and customer relations, and am not focused on turnover, as people say to me. asked to be.

Business management training

After a long reflection, he made the choice, at the beginning of 2024, to strike out on his own. “I have started the process of becoming independent. It's not easy to get started and give up the comfort of employment and a certain financial stability. »
