The magic of Christmas has reached the city center of Sète

Between strolls, parades, workshops and Santa's popular house, this Saturday, December 21 was magical in the streets of downtown Sète.

December 25 is not far away. But Sète has already immersed itself in the magic of Christmas this weekend. The range of activities concocted by the City and the merchants created quite an atmosphere all day long, in the streets of the city center.

Parade, fun and creative workshops, musical events, strolls in the streets, musical tales…: the children no longer really knew where to turn. But despite the distribution of surprises, it was undoubtedly Santa's house that had the greatest success.

The queue was almost permanent at the town hall square, with the prospect of being able to exchange a few words with the friendly big Barbu and take a photo (free, please!) on his lap.

For those who are absent, don't panic: there will be a make-up session this Sunday. It is of course reserved for children, parents only having the right to queue.

The program for this Sunday, December 22

From 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., place Léon-Blum, photo with Santa Claus in his house, reserved for children, offered by the city;

at 3 p.m., stroll through the city center, parade of the mascots Mickey and Minnie at Christmas, Chase, Stella, Marcus, Ruben, Pluto and Olaf;

from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.stroll in the city center “The bubble ball” with an original crank turner with his funny machine which distills tunes from yesteryear or today and giant bubbles;

at 4:30 p.m., place Léon-Blum, intergenerational Christmas concert with 40 choristers under the direction of baritone Jean-Michel Balester, from classical to pop.
