When issuing Don't touch my post of December 19, Cyril Hanouna wanted to take stock of a lots of current affairs. He notably returned to a point which agitates the fans: his supposed arrival at the morning of Europe 2. Rumors suggested that he would replace Benjamin Castaldi, his faithful accomplice, but Baba wanted to make things clear.
December 19 was also a special evening for TPMPthe last of the end of the year and Cyril Hanouna revealed important news about the future of the show. The C8 channel will stop broadcasting in February 2025following a ARCOM decision. But don't panic: Baba already has plans in mind to continue the adventure and wanted to reassure everyone.
Cyril Hanouna silences rumors about Europe 2
So, verdict? Will Cyril Hanouna take the place and fire his friend Benjamin Castaldi from Europe 2, the little radio sister from the same group ? The host of Don't touch my post admits that he was indeed talked to about it at the time, but it didn't happen. Baba clarified that Benjamin Castaldi is currently there and that everything goes well for him on this antenna.
For his part, Cyril Hanouna remains loyal to Europe 1where he is also on the air this Saturday morning, as he recalled. So, this rumor will therefore remain a rumor and this change is not on the agenda. The animator prefers concentrate efforts on other projects and he has his work cut out for him, especially with TPMPwhich is experiencing major upheavals with the upcoming closure of C8.
He also revealed some big news: he will create your H-TV channel. This project plans to be broadcast on platforms such as MyCanal et Dailymotion. He does not exclude a collaboration with C Star or other supports for strategic co-dissemination of TPMP.
Ambitious projects for 2025
For those who were worried, there is no reason, Cyril Hanouna wanted to reassure at the end of the year : “Just know, everything is fine. I will be on the air for major projects in the next five years.” Baba also assured that the teams of TPMP will stay united and work together. He even promises: “We do our best to be loans before March 3“.
