Normally, revenues amount to €11,469,118, an increase of €551,503 for expenses of €11,390,332, an increase of
618.277€.
Pensions are expensive
As for expenses, personnel expenses amount to €5,196,232, operating expenses to €1,661,671, transfers to €3,221,327 and debt to €1,311,101, a sharp increase of €543,124.58. Significant increase in expenditure also for pensions and the accountability contribution.
The municipal share is €120,672 for the municipal sports authority, €694,776 for the police zone and €184,938 for the emergency zone. Waste management costs around half a million and 82,650 euros will be paid to various local associations.
Investments will amount to €3,404,087. They essentially take up projects already in place such as the development of convivial spaces for €589,714, the study of the territorial development plan for €150,000, soft mobility for nearly a million, the repair of the bridge of the rue de la Rochette in Maillen for €174,750. A sum of €300,000 is planned for road maintenance, €356,649 for the roof of the Crupet church and €50,849 for the Mianoye chapel. We will plant woody trees for €41,939 and revegetate for €66,736. Bringing schools into compliance is planned for €100,000
These investments will be fueled by equity for an amount of €785,133, or nearly 23%, by subsidies for €1,263,418, or 36.77%, and loans for €1,387,103, or 40.37%, the all in compliance with the guidelines, which corresponds to some €260 per inhabitant, per year.
Energy renovation called into question?
