The owner recognizes it: he would not have carried out the work without the new law.

A few days before the deadline, companies in the sector are in great demand for these last-minute renovations. It takes 800 to 1,000 euros per square meter to significantly improve the energy performance rating. The ban on “G” rated housing is just the beginning. Energy strainers will gradually be banned for rental within 10 years.
