Marie-Fitzbach Cultural Center
The Mariveraine painter is currently on exhibition at the Marie-Fitzbach Cultural Center in Saint-Georges, as part of the winter exhibition program Our Heritages.

His presentation On the track explores the different choices we can make in life, like the hiker who can take several paths to reach a summit. By browsing the paintings that make up the exhibition, she invites the viewer to be attentive both to the movement of colors and lines and to the paths available to the eye. In this exhibition, the notion of direction, of route, can imply that someone has already been there. The trail that was left then becomes the legacy of this predecessor who took the path before us, who opened the way. Conversely, if the trail is still virgin, it is we who trace the path and who will leave a legacy of a trace, a passage, a path.

Catherine Bédard is an ink artist, who is especially inspired by the nature that surrounds her and by the little joys of life. She uses vibrant colors that are attractive to the eye. Its exhibition, all in color, is a good dose of vitamins during this period when sunshine is becoming rarer.

Exhibition details are available on the Marie-Fitzbach Cultural Center website.
