The Initiative O’Féminin competition, organized by the France Active and Initiative Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes networks, has delivered its verdict and Eva Ngalle, founder of the Ti3rs mobile application, won the social utility prize. Ti3rs, launched in December 2023, is aimed at parents who are victims of domestic violence separated from their tormentor. “ Being obliged to communicate with them, they will be able to communicate securely, without insults, threats or harassment, via the application since it does not communicate personal numbers. They just have to download it without needing their interlocutor to do it too », explains founder Eva Ngalle. Parents can also choose their notification times in order to avoid anxiety, and insults or violent words are hidden and replaced by the expression “flowery language”. Finally, the application allows you to record the history of conversations, in order to facilitate filing complaints and multiplying evidence in court.
The full success of the competitions
« At the beginning, I called on crowdfunding to create the application, then on victims and aid associations to answer my questionnaires, and on France Active to help me finance the development. », recalls Eva Ngalle. This application with its innovative concept has won over many juries and people. Indeed, the social utility prize of the O’Féminin initiative competition is its twentieth prize. “ The reward is 2,500 euros, which makes it possible to reach the total sum of 40,000 euros. This is proof that this cause has never been treated in this way. I think we can do a lot for people in need. » The money raised will be used to finance application subscriptions. In 2025, Eva Ngalle and her team hope to launch a free version. To do this, they are looking for sponsors such as companies, law firms, notaries, banks, insurance companies or anyone who could be concerned and who wishes to get involved.
