The first break was in favor of the Nantais who forced the opposing coach to already take a first time-out (10′ 8-5). Things rebalanced afterwards (13′ 8-8) and it was the visitors who took advantage of a temporary purple exclusion to take the lead (20′ 11-13). In the second period, the debates continued to be balanced (34′ 21-20).
