The death of Michel Blanc last October 3 is still present in everyone’s minds as the actor was a monument of French cinema. The tragic circumstances of his death only added to the pain felt, and it is on these that Michel Cymes returned this October 15. The doctor and host, invited on the set of Buzz TV, tried to explain the phenomenon that led to death by Michel Blanc.
After being treated at the hospital, the latter actually suffered from allergic reaction which was fatal. It was as a result of angioedema that Michel Blanc actually died, which Michel Cymes describes as “the final stage of the allergy attack”.

And continue by giving other details: “Your body reacts in a terrible way, causing everything to swell at once. It starts with an itchy throat, you suffocate, and eventually the heart pump stops.”
Disturbing details that provide insight into the
last difficult hours that Michel Blanc had to live through. According to the doctor, however, there is a solution to this extremely serious problem, even if it was obviously not enough to save the actor’s life.
“We inject adrenaline directly into the thigh to counter the allergic reaction” he explains on the set of Buzz TV. Despite this, a person experiencing angioedema still feels all the pain that accompanies this dangerous reaction of the body. “You feel like you can’t breathe until you lose consciousness. So indeed, there is a moment which must be very painful to live through.” continues Michel Cymes.

Note however, as he specifies, that the presenter who came to promote his latest book does not know the exact circumstances of the death of Michel Blanc.
“There were several cardiac arrests, he was probably hospitalized in intensive care, I think that at one point there was a real problem explaining his cardiac arrests and the fact that we were not able to resuscitate him. A problem that was not medical, but in his body” he concludes.
