The municipality plans to have social housing built by Armorique Habitat, two T2 and two T3, between the church and the nursing home, in the municipal garden, in order to respond to the numerous requests for year-round rentals.

This place is ideally placed to accommodate people with reduced mobility on the ground floor. They would benefit from housing in the town, close to the independent residence for meals, for example. And the upstairs could accommodate two families explains Pierre Adam, mayor.

Fabien Poleski of Armorique Habitat and Jacques Chambaud, architect, presented the project for this building which would be located in the lower part of the garden, with parking at the rear, without affecting the existing fence walls. The residents present very quickly set the tone, they want keep the garden as it is. It is a place for multi-generational exchanges and there are many other plots of land in the town to build social housing. . The mayor maintained that nothing had been done yet, the council will therefore consider what action to take listing the different constraints of the PLU and soon the PLUi. In the audience, some proposed a vote by the population on different possible locations for the establishment of social housing. We appreciate what has been done by the municipality so far but not this project in this location.
