Météo France has placed Île-de-France on orange alert for snow and ice this Thursday, November 21, 2024 but also for this Friday 22, following the risk of refreezing overnight. In Île-de-Francethis alert requires increased vigilance when traveling. The authorities recommend limit non-essential journeys and allow more time to travel. Municipal teams are on alert to deploy salting on main roads, but secondary roads could remain dangerous.
