In the last report of the notaries, the number of sales continues to decline. It returns to the 2015 level. For sales prices, across Brittany, there is also a price drop. For old houses, the drop is 2.1% in one year. On the other hand, prices are very far from the level before Covid-19.

Good to know. Breton notaries reason with Brittany at 5 (with Loire-Atlantique). They talk about median price and not average price.
