The importance of this partnership is reinforced by the results of a study carried out in 2024 by Feef. According to this barometer, 60% of the SMEs-ETIs surveyed identify Metro France as their first customer on the RHD circuit. “This data demonstrates Metro’s crucial place in the SME-ETI ecosystem.”
A three-year agreement around five themes
1. Consolidate relations between Feef and Metro France to develop synergies (sharing of the RHD barometer, annual meeting, debrief of commercial negotiations, etc.)
2. Promote the development of Feef members (annual meetings, working groups, etc.)
3. Strengthen commercial collaboration among Feef members:
• Conduct differentiated annual negotiations with a maximum of meetings and encourage multi-annual contracts,
-• Streamline the supply chain relationship (dedicated contact, etc.)
4. Promote virtuous initiatives from Feef members: sharing of good CSR practices, access to MDD calls for tenders for PME+ labeled companies, popularization of the PME+ label among Metro customers
5. Support actions and initiatives in the territories.
