While students from the Institute work on the Listrac chef’s module, Emmanuel Teyssier arrives in the kitchens. He launches to students his famous disdainful look, and ever more unpleasant remarks. For good reason: faced with the mediocrity of his students, Teyssier cannot stay without doing anything.
