In a world where waste reached new heights, a resident of the small town of Buléon in Morbihan decided to take matters into her own hands.
Djina Agnie, a Polynesian of origin, created her own business, called “L’Ordure”whose mission is to empty the houses by collecting furniture and objects for resell at affordable prices. With a simple credo: she throws nothing away and defines herself not as a second-hand dealer, but as a paid recycling : “The goal is for it to be accessible to everyone. »
Resilience and generosity
The adventure for Djina began following a family deathwhich touched her deeply. “I realized that it was very difficult to throw away things that have so much emotional value,” she confides.
It was then that she decided to launch herself into recycling of objectsthinking about those who could benefit from its services while creating a real human connection .
“I rely on generosity and I want my prices to be accessible. People need these items and I want everyone to be able to enjoy them.”
An innovative and accessible service
One of the particularities of her company is that she was one of the first to offer this type of service to notariesof the sector, thus making it possible to support families in the difficult process of emptying a house. “My challenge is to work alone, even if whenever I need I am surrounded. But you have to move quickly in this kind of situation.”
To make herself known, Djina first participated in numerous garage sales then expanded its network by creating links with people in local businesses and using social networks. “I work a lot through word of mouth. There trust is at the center of my relationships.
-It also organizes events to raise public awareness of its mission, such as garage sales where everyone can find treasures at reduced prices. “My goal is not to throw away. Everything is recoverable.”
“I need to help others”
Running a business while having a job as a housekeeper is a daily challenge for Tjina. Slow periods make financial management sometimes complicated, but it remains determined.
Originally from Brest, Djina moved to the region to be closer to her family. She is also particularly affected by distress growing number of people in need.
“There are more and more people who need help. »
“That’s why I give a lot. It’s important for me to be able to contribute to helping others,” she emphasizes.
